Quick-mounting
In no time at all, the hitches can be removed completely, replaced with snowmobile hitches, or merged over the sled. A flexible solution that makes it possible to operate one or two sledge drivers.
Equipped as required
The Alpine 220 Rescue can be equipped as required. This is a spacious sled with room for both the patient and necessary medical equipment such as a vacuum mattress, splints and scoop stretcher.
Two-man alpine tow system
The pulling system ensures controlled handling as they are strategically placed in the sled's steering point. Independent mobility in the couplings gives the advantage that they follow the terrain and adapt to the sled driver during use.
About the sledge
Stabilising hull with protective head cover for safe and comfortable transport. The fibreglass-reinforced polyester hull performs well in varying temperatures, providing good gliding properties and low maintenance. External and internal lacing straps for securing the patient.The aluminium snow cutting profiles undeneath prevents sideway sliding.
Sledge cover
Practical cordura tunnel fabric protects the patient from wind and weather. The cover has a window and two-way zip and is fully removable.
Insulation mattress The lightweight and shock-absorbing insulation mat at the bottom consists of closed-cell foam material, which provides extra insulation against cold surfaces.
